At Excellassion, we value integrity, partnership, and transparency. To ensure fairness and trust in every deal, the following terms apply
Authorized Usage
Our products are designed for gyms, academies, schools, and clubs to enhance training and athletic performance. They are not to be resold under your own brand or business name within your respective country without our written consent.
Samples & Trial Orders
Clients may purchase 1–5 paid samples to test product quality before committing to bulk orders.
Samples serve as proof of quality. Once satisfied, clients may proceed to bulk ordering with full confidence.
Returns & Claims
After delivery, clients must inspect products immediately.
Any return requests or claims regarding defects or damages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, no returns, refunds, or claims will be accepted.
Payment Terms
Orders are confirmed upon payment.
Once products are shipped and approved, payments are final.

By working with Excellassion, clients agree to uphold fair practices, using our products to build athletes, not to repackage or resell without authorization.
